✦ Returns (In-Store Purchases)
Non-chemical retail items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.
The following items are non-returnable:
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined at management’s discretion.
✦ Service Deposits & Payments
Deposits are required to schedule certain services and secure materials. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.
Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
✦ Additional Service Charges
If our technicians must return to a property due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to inaccessible equipment, water not filled to proper level, power shut off, pets unsecured, or customer-requested changes), an additional service charge may apply.
We strive to complete each visit efficiently and correctly the first time.
✦ Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow reasonable processing time depending on your payment method.
